Can Laughing a lot Help Reduce Stress Just as Good as Exercise?


When you are stressed to the gills you can really start to have a hard time. When this happens you can sit there and continue with the stress, or do something about it. Some say that exercise is really good to reduce your stress. You could immediately get up and go outside and go for a nice long walk. People are quite creative when it comes to making funny stuff. This is a good thing that laughter can help improve your health, it just gives us another good reason and excuse to watch funny movies and take some leisure time when surfing around on the net.
