Spanish cooking is characteried by the rich mixes of different ingredients from all over Spain. This country has different climates and topograhy as well as 17 autonomous regions which contribute to make it an extremely diverse cuisine. Spain sits on the mediterranean and is heavily influenced by similar ingredietns from neighboring countries, natural ingredients like olive oil, tomatoes, fresh seafood, vegetables, ham, veal, and sausage among others. Since our goal is to focus on good ingredients to keep a healthy diet and lose weight accompanied by the Acceletrim Formula, our focus will be on nutritional value and qualities of the ingredients.

Garlic: The medicinal benefits attributed to this wonderful ingredient are many, and we all love the flavor and great aroma. Two ounces of this flavorful ingredient can bring 190 calories to your plate, should be avoided and only eaten on special occasions.

As with all other Mediterranean influenced countries, Spain is heavily influenced with olive oil, olives, tomatoes and seafood, which we have already discussed in previoous postings. When traveling thoroughout make sure that you try a little bit of everything, keeping a mental picture of what you are putting in your body, and remember to burn it off by waling to all the touristic sites and dancing flamenco with the locals.
