The Holidays and end of year parties are here. You know what that means. Great tasting food that is high in fat just waiting to be eaten. It is really simple super delicious and healthy. It consists of steaming the piece of fish with veggies that are well seasoned in a piece of parchment paper until is cooked. Look for a couple of recipes and use lots of fresh herbs, your guests will be very impressed with your skills. Dessert, on this course you can cheat a little bit and buy a good quality of fruit sorbet and plated it up with beautiful fresh berries. It will be so simple and delicious that people will not even notice or miss the thousands of calories they will have eaten on a traditional holiday meal.
